Orders

Our payment gateway is Stripe, powered by WooCommerce. We accept all major credit/debit cards and the service should be straight forward to use. If you have any issues placing an order please contact us at: info@fellow-london.com

Delivery

Our postage and packaging is £6 for domestic delivery within the UK and international delivery is £12.50. We send our parcels domestically via Royal Mail Special Delivery and internationally by Royal Mail Express 48. Fellow’s ethos is one of transparency so to be clear the postage cost alone of sending each single shirt domestic parcel is £6.95 and internationally £14, however to keep the cost of getting the shirts to you down we’re absorbing the difference. We hope you think this is fair.

The service we pay for should get the shirts to you internationally within 2-3 days, however, please allow up to 5 days for handling time. All orders are traceable and insured and all charges are set on a flat rate basis.

Returns

We hope you are satisfied by your chosen product.  However, we understand that there may always be a need to make a return. We’re a small company and we have limitations due to the size of our operation, however we do want to make this process as painless as possible.  To help us achieve this, we would ask you to take a moment to read the information provided below, and to let us know as soon as you have any issues.

Process

If you drop us an email, info@fellow-london.com, we will contact you directly to provide the address to send the shirt to. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact us and return your shirt.

The box you received the shirt in is reusable so please do reuse it, it’s always good to save the planet and our boxes should be tough enough to make two journeys. Include the receipt in the box and a brief comment about the reason for your return.

If you would like to exchange the shirt for a different size, please indicate this on your receipt and we will arrange for the shirt to be redelivered.

We apologise but at this stage the postage cost of returning and exchanging the shirts is liable to be paid by the customer. We strongly recommend insuring the parcel to the full value of the contents.

Reasonable Care

Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession. We individually check each shirt before we send it out to you and for a valid return to be processed the shirts need to be returned in the same condition they were delivered in. Only when the garments are received in unused condition, a full refund (minus the initial postage) will be refunded.

Taxes

The product prices do not include VAT, however at this stage we are not required to register for VAT therefore we do not charge it. The final price paid by the customer therefor includes all domestic taxes required and delivery cost. All other costs incurred for delivery are the responsibility of the customer. This may include any local import and export charges incurred in transit.
